Feedback Contest is a contest where any player can participate.

It's as simple as it may suggest: Bring the biggest feedback for our project, speak freely and bring everything you think of, from what you like, what you don't like, what you would change, what you would like to see, etc. etc.

Anything you thought of, just put it here, can be related to anything from servers gameplay, site, newbies experience, events, drops, etc.

The biggest the feedback is (and complex) the higher your chances are to win the contest! You can also include a small story about you and how you find us and what was/is your experience here.

We can't tell you that everything you will write will be taken care of, but everything will be read and noted, and we promise that we'll do our best to satisfy most of your needs and ideas that are doable, in time 🙂

So the main goal of this contest is to get many data from you, that will help us in our development from incoming year, to be able to satisfy both your needs and our vision.

Please find below my feedback. I think some changes/updates are required for the server to offer a better experience to the community:

  • Admin activity/events - I noticed this has already been implemented. Having admin events in game and on forum/site (trivia, find and trade, pk event, race etc.) would engage the players and promote the activity on the server.
  • Boss zones without offlevel function. Would be best to have this function disabled on certain maps/areas as currently the boss zones are often seen with afk players. 
  • PVP and PVM balance - I know this is currently under development, but I cannot stress enough how important and expected by the community this update is. "Perfect balance" is not viable, but at least each class should play a role in the events (be it PVP or PVM).
  • Introduce Talisman of Elemental Change in drop or Xshop. This addition is a quality of life feature and requested by many players.
  • Introduce multiple purchasing for Seed Capsules - currently we can only purchase one by one.
  • Fix the following events: Illusion temple, Gaion, Maze of dimensions etc. Will diversify the player's activity. 
  • Auto restart on bosses - Every few days bosses should be reset in order to avoid bugs. This is one option and not sure it's viable. A solution should be implemented so we avoid having bugged bosses.
  • Fix harmony options - currently the values are bugged. The "white values" are higher than the maximum values, which is clearly a bug.
  • Make use of Kondar and Guardian jewels. Currently Kondar is mainly used only for Weapon or Brilliant excellent parts. Could be a solution to use it on wings. This is just an example, I'm sure you can come up with some uses for these jewels.

These are only a few ideas and I'm sure more will come up.

As specified on discord, and suggested by BmB1337 admin, I am posting here as well.


1) make full (all stats) master level available. every 400 after 1 gr. like old version...?:D

2) make random for all boos respawn on all maps. gorgon on dungeon 1 or 2 ;). ice queen anywhere in davias. phoenix anywhere in icarus. and so on... this way eliminate afk looters. and... if they just sit there for looting...d/c

3) increase prizes at scramble event

4) devil square improvement: drop, rewards. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE GOES in there...  shame...eventually some bosses in DS...and DS/BC make it according to players levels. not just 1 for all; also change BC drop

5) separate event hours. not like now for example: cc, ds and doppleganger at the same time :(...also make available on website event hours...

Hi 

This is my feedback when im play this server

- Strengths:
1 : Good game play and orientation in hunting activities as well as drop free players can easily participate
2: The custom opts are quite good and methodical 
3 : Play To Win has been made extremely well balancing between rechargeable and free players
 

-Weakness:
1 : PVP - PVE blance is extremely bad (should have been balanced before the server went live)
2: Admin does extremely slow updates (1 month delay roadmap)
3 : Admin interacts extremely poorly , does not reply to players 
 

-Idea:
1: Rebalance the power of the seed - socket, open the weapon seed limit to 10 slots 
2 : Create an event to upgrade the value of option wing 4, for example 1 Jewel of kondar for 2% uprage up to max opt 
3 : Add excl option for ruud set 

Last : thank to make amazing server , that is best with me !! still wait your next update

12) repair ANCIENT items drop. You get only few items: hyon sword; rapier; dl mace, rf vega and other glove. Where are all the other? Only in Kundun you have different drop due to you get ancient box... But all the rest is the same...you need ancient sets for rr characters at least...

13) make available /setzen 0 command.

14) admin events should be announce 1 day before, so everyone should be informed and whoever can, will attend... if you just make it when you login, just few people can attend& benefit. 😞 and announce event on all available channels (in game, website, discord, forum)

15) make all exe drop according to monsters lvl..

16) change/increase reward for GRAND RESETS: people are getting chaos or apple or some ruud... put some nice rewards,,,

So what i said its gonna help server:

1. Every single change on this server ( drop, mobs hp, drops from items, etc ) to make a Changelog on News on website,forum,discord. Because you change a lot and no one know what you change but we "feel it" in time and its not allright what you do. We spend a lot of diamonds or resource on things what a few days ago give us Elemental Runes and now with same amount we receive NOTHING. ( exemple: from 40 capsules we make samething like a few hundreds and now from 40 capsule we make 40? what is this? From where we can farm erunes if not from capsule because you change rate and you don't say !? ) its not fair.

2.Its a very good ideea with that protection skill shield on mobs,bosses,etc, but for exemple in aida i stay like 1-2 mins to hit that boss and still haved that shield on it... idk if you can set time for skill, some bosses have to much time on them.

3.Make an invasion like this one from devias, for Erunes, so we can farm erunes from some bosses/mobs/invasion if you change rate from capsule and make them that low. In this moment its TO HARD, no one say to make them very easy to make them, but you allready have a low rate for good options in errtels, you need to balance this system a little.

4.Put in shop CC ticket too, its boring to buy every single time that armor from shop and its take much space from inventory, i know CC its having ticket too, if it is in shop for BC,DS, why not for CC too?

5. It is somewhere information about W4 options? I need to make 100 wings and note every option from them to know when i have an option at maximum ? 


6. On website mainpage you have Screenshots,videos,art... pus something new from server. Make a drop event with jewel of Kondar/Kundun and make some photos or make some events with many players change some screenshots from there.

7. Guides its empty, you haved before some guides... put some of them back, still enter some players and don't know how to play.

8. Add in drop satan/angel/guardian, empty spot there for use, we can use them in pvp also or in PVM. if you don't want to add Demon.

9. Activate Crywolf event ranking so we can win some diamonds from there too, i see you allready haved it before so i think its gonna be easy for you.
And i think you can give some extra diamonds as reward and can lower that 33% dmg for the 1st place, i think its way too much extra dmg.

10. Same thing with "The Commander`s Medal" a little bit more diamonds as reward for every place and that conq wings its +15 ?? I ask to know if really its better than W4 absorb/ignore/inc/deff 

11. I think in my opinion just 3 seeds on shield is too low and block you to many ( EX: SM can have just shield as second weapond, don't have any other choose like other characters and don't help him too much 3 seeds, same think as bk or any other class if you want to play a little bit more tanky you have more options blocked )

12.  Same with "The Gladiator Event", to much dmg for first place and a little bit more diamonds for others.

13. If its possible, give people access to edit post in this section, because we do not have permission to edit our own post, we have to make a new reply, idk if its just here or in more sections from forum, but it gonna help a lot if we can edit our posts.

Some additional points, after spending more time on the server:

  • Change Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle events to once per hour, but schedule them to avoid overlapping. Increase the in-game prize received (for example: instead of receiving 1-2 Elemental Rune -> 10 Elemental Rune). 
  • While a solution is to be implemented for offlevel function on boss zones, a workaround could be admin raid to disconnect afk players. 
  • Add a reward for Last Man Standing Event and reschedule it for afternoon/evening hours to accommodate participation(for example 16:00, 18:00, 20:00 server hours).
  • Enable additional events as soon as possible. The activity on server is greatly decreasing due to lack of content.

I've read of the situation that prevented for more work to be invested on the server and would like to express my deepest sympathies for the loss. I've experienced something similar some years ago and was very painful time. Hope you will get stronger!

14. Change names from trackers/voters pages ( some of them have in title Grand Opening or December ) , put some good info instead.

15. Make a message for White Wizzard when its killed, its annoing to walk on entire map and maybe somebody allready kill it.

16. Improve drop reward from DS,BC ( cc have some boxes, that is good ) maybe a final boss in DS with reward instead of drop from mobs

17. Maybe you can readd Gens quest back, so we can make gens points from hunting in vulcanos, not just from RR ( not all players like to do rr`s )

As a personal note, the activity on server is on a all time low (since the grand opening). The main reasons are: lack of content, updates, events and a lot of bugs. I'm afraid we have reached a point where the future of the server is at stake, if things will not turn around swiftly.

The server had a great start and then things took a turn for the worse. It will be hard to get back a lot of players that left for the above mentioned reasons. We still have a chance with the future updates and the biggest chance will be when Part 1-3 will be implemented. However, time is of the essence on this matter.

Please find below additional points which can be implemented in the future updates:

  • Solve Blood Castle gate issue (it can be "destroyed" right away if you attack it, regardless of the mob kill count).
  • Correctly set master points count (400 instead of 399 ->majestic points: 650 instead of 651).
  • Set Balgass event only twice a day (for example 14:00 and 16:00 server time). There is no point of having it every 2 hours, specially in the morning, where no one is attending.

Regarding PVP, I think it was set quite all right, only some tweaks are necessary. These are my impressions from Lorencia PVP and last week Castle Siege (Live data base);

  • Summoner debuffs (by far the most broken spell in the game, which was the biggest problem at CS; once the debuff is granted the character will die almost instantly, no matter of the buffs you have; should be heavily decreased);
  • Lemuria - takes at least 2-3 people to kill this class; not sure where the problem is (defense or something else); should be investigated and tweaked;
  • Blade Knight - Increase defense and damage (combo damage before the formula change was dealing an ok damage, maybe should be reversed).
  • Rage Fighter - decrease attack speed;
  • Soul Master - slightly increase damage;
  • Dark Lord - slightly decrease damage;
  • Gunner - slightly increase damage;
  • Elf - seems pretty balanced;
  • Other classes - not sure, need more testing;

Please find below additional feedback related to server settings:

  • Remove event buffs (Colosseum and Crywolf). Reward should be reworked (maybe something related to the artefact - for example: enhancement stones, rare artifacts etc.)
  • Review artifact values. Some values are too high which affect the current pvp state.
  • Event wings should be reworked/adjusted (value stats are too high).
  • Remove Petal Cherry Blossom Flower Petal from Xshop.

Please find below feedback regarding the current state of the server and suggestions for future implementations:

- Damage at cs/arca should be slightly increased (decrease the penalty damage);
- Fix excellent apocalypse boots mastery bonus option;
- Restore/Increase triple damage chance for apocalypse ancient set in order to have balance between sets (other buffs might also be required for balancing reasons);
- Fix artifact 4 values: real values for certain options are 10-15% of the values displayed, which is misleading, considering how much you need to farm or donate to get it in the first place and then raise it till +15; for comparison it gives less benefits than the equivalent weapon pink option)
- Investigate elemental damage excessive misses in certain scenarios (10 out of 10 hits are registered as miss).
- Rework doppleganger event reward. No one is attending the event since the introduction of elite potions in xshop/colloseum/other events. By now it's an outdated event due to recent patches.
- Introduce a prize reward for Castle Siege (some ideas: diamonds, max grade wings box, max grade artifacts etc.). Castle Siege should have tangible benefits, besides LoT, which is outdated by now in terms of drop.
  It will also enhance its importance, as it should be the most fought for event of the game.
- Fix Punish percentage visual value (at level 10 is displayed 8% instead of 15% as it's currently set. As a reference, correct and original values should be 6% - level 1, 16% - level 10).
- Implement Guild Vault in Devias or any other city. It will help with guild and trade management.

Considering the recent news on the upcoming update I would like to make a few suggestions and remarks.

  • Initial server concept was one of the best I've played on a server (play to win was at the core of this design). At first, there were some struggles with the updates and providing content, but once the patches were implemented the server was a fresh idea in dying and grim landscape of mu servers. However, around Easter of 2023 things started to shift from play to win to pay to win (mainly the artifact and excellent set updates and other changes). This seemed like new content/changes at the time, but in the end made pvp unbalanced (a lot of classes stopped being viable with excellent sets). With these upcoming changes I cannot notice, it will become very similar with the old server/database (previous seasons) and I don think it's a good prospect.
  • Mastery Items Enhanced.  Was proposed in the past and could be a good change to the current settings.
  • Master skill tree is the core on customizing a class and given this change we will end up playing the same characters, without any major differences. Furthermore, having the original master skill tree enables certain playstyles/builds and adds diversity/options for each player. I really do not see the point of having full skill tree, maybe someone could provide some insights that could change this perspective. In my opinion this change is really not needed and limits the players unique builds/customization.
  • Changes on the healing potions: the initial concept was very good (a handful of events) but changes were made and became widely available. However, this promoted afk play instead of participating on events, doing more harm than good in the end. I believe completly removing elite potions at this point would be beneficial.
  • Wolf Knight and Gladiator events should have been changed long time ago. As I've already suggested, the reward for these events could be gear related (artifacts, artifact stones etc.)
  • Achievements implementation is something really interesting, worth exploring. These achievements could lead to unique rewards (for example: a number of points in master skill tree or rare artifact/max grade wings box etc.). Guild Hall could have the same purpose, but on a guild level. I believe this has the most potential out of all the highlighted changes.
  • PVP state should already been updated since the introduction of excellent sets and artifacts. However, I don't think completely changing the current settings would be necessary, only buffs and changes to certain classes and these will become viable.
  • Castle Siege and Arca AOE damage changes. I'm not sure it will result as stated: gameplay fairness. Certain classes (e.g. Elf, SM, Summoner to name a few) really benefit in having AOE damage and this is the core of their abilities. 
  • Additional suggestions: introduce necklaces with 3 socket slots; max grade wings box as reward for different achievements (maybe even in castle siege mix), enable chaos castle event, enable Vulcanus quests for gens points or even achiement unlock. Would also help having admin events and activity: there was a time where this was the case, but was short lived and discontinued.  
  • I'm aware this might not be implemented at the current state of the server, but should be something to consider in the upcoming season: Ice Wind Castle implementation.
  • In the end I think we should consider what do we want from the server and community. Should we switch back to the old ways/concept? This is where is heading for a while now, or should we stick with the initial concept, which I believe was original, and see what can be done to improve it? Should also be considered players that left, mostly did it for a few reasons: 
    • Game is too demanding in terms time requirements for reaching end game gear. Valid for a part of the players, but I don't think this was the complete reasoning as most of them simply play other games or servers, they just did not want to grind and wanted easy items, if possible by afk rr, as was the case on so many seasons; 
    • Season 18 was released in beta state, with a lot of bugs and unfinished events/settings making players leave. These two aspects combined were responsible for most of the departures;
    • Most of the players that remained were estranged/discouraged by not succeeding on the main PVP events, giving an array of reasoning throughout the process: overpowered buffs, cheat accusations, imbalance of classes (which indeed became evidently true after certain update patches).
    • After a while mu becomes dull and is not engaging anymore; this is blatantly valid and cannot be prevented, especially in today's gaming landscape.
  • What conclusion can we draw from all these points? Community is quite stubborn, with almost no desire to adapt, wants a lot of updates done immediately, does not appreciate the hard work put which was quite significant since launch (sure, timings weren't always the best, but overall this is a quality server which can be compared in terms of features with the best ones out there) and blames external factors for their failures (server settings, cheat usage, imbalance etc.). My final question/remark would be: what are the changes in this upcoming update or in any update for this matter, which will fix these shortcomings? I can safely say: none. The problem is not the server, it is the core community - which thrives in using fault language, finds any reasons to brag about, even if nothing tangible is backing them up, does not care to respect others and mocking family members of former guild mates is second nature to them; maybe we should enforce some common sense/mutual respect rules and stick to them, building up the community from scratch, but with core values and principles.

An additional point to the above remarks: Database reset should be done, or at least considered, after all these important changes to the server are implemented. This is the only way new and old players will return.
