Phoenix of Darkness Icarus is an ancient sky world which was thought to be only a mythical place. You'll for sure need a pair or Wings, or an enchanted Cape, in order to access this place. Over-looking the Devias snow field, this place holds host to the fierce Phoenix of Darkness. Many challenge the great beast to prove their strength and acquire it's sacred feather. Great sorcerers spent many years researching and studying the sky, atop the Lost Tower. Eventually, they were able to create a spell which would be able to break open the atmosphere, revealing this mysterious world. The dimensional gate warps anyone which enters into an atmospheric environment, over-looking the Devias snow field! Great technological advances came from the discovery of this world. Zaikan Tarkan is a treacherous desert, now overwhelmed with fearsome monsters! In the north-east of the desert, the fierce Zaikan awaits anyone who dares to challenge it. The desert of MU holds host to some very strong monsters. Only few stray into Tarkan to seek the treasures yeilded from the great Zaikan monster. This great desert has always been a treacherous place to explore. The remains of many warriors who dared travel here can still be seen lying in this wasteland. Hellmaine Aida - The creatures of this forest are ruled over by the great Hell Maine! Many warriors will attempt to slay Hell Maine for its valuable horns. Kundun Kalima is the place where the great lord Kundun has been banished to. The area also serves host to his most loyal minions. Not just anyone can enter Kalima, as the area is sealed off to prevent any monsters from leaving.

Dear MU-tizens, The Modern Age will be divided into five parts, with each stage bringing massive new features, characters, maps, items, and events. Since Part 1 alone reshapes over half of the gameplay, we require more time to fully implement and test it to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. We had announced the release of the Modern Age on September 13th. However, due to the importance and complexity of this expansion, we are postponing the update. ⚠️ Why the delay? Because Modern Age - Part 1 is the most content heavy update in TaroMU, introducing core gameplay systems, UI overhauls, and over a dozen new features at once. We want to avoid rushed implementation and ensure everything is tested, stable, and polished before release. A test server will be public released with high exp to test all functions / drops / rates. 📢 A new release date will be announced soon. Thank you for your patience and continued support as we prepare the Modern Age! ✨ In the meantime, make sure to prepare yourselves: Train your characters to level 800. - to be able to make 4th Quest Secure your Pentagram. Collect and upgrade your Socket items. And don’t forget your wings — because 4th Wings are coming soon. ⏳ The gap between Part 1 and Part 2 will not be long, so every step of progress you make now will be valuable when the Modern Age unfolds further. It’s dry, brutal, and full of ghosts with unfinished business. Fighters come here to prove something. Most leave with scars. Some don’t leave at all. Raklion Colder than Devias. Deadlier too. Raklion is the hive of something unnatural. Frost burns, monsters swarm, and trust disappears fast. PvP here isn’t a choice — it’s the only way to stay alive.

Progression & End of Era The Prehistoric Age is a journey of growth and challenge. As 10 (ten) warriors reach level 400 with at least one reset, the era's fate is sealed. From the moment this milestone is hit, a countdown of 48 hours begins. During this time, all players must prepare for what comes next. The lands will shift, challenges will evolve. This progression system keeps the world alive and dynamic, rewarding perseverance and skill. When the clock runs out, the Prehistoric Age closes its gates, and a new era begins (Ancient) inviting heroes to face new adventures and mysteries.

In the icy domain of Devias, the Ice Queen roams. Within the dark depths of Dungeon, the Gorgons lurk. In the underwater world of Atlans, the fearsome Hydra awaits, and high within Lost Tower, the Cursed King stands guard. Defeat as many of these monsters as possible to collect event points and unlock valuable rewards. Golden Roar Hunt down Golden Monsters across all maps during their invasions to earn event points! Each type of Golden grants a different amount of points depending on its strength. The more you slay, the higher you climb the leaderboard. Top hunters will be rewarded with exclusive bonus prizes at the end of the event!
