[Notice] Gens Reward - rewards adding method

Starting with the next gens reset (November), the rewards adding method will be changed as follow:

1. Wings of Power  - Gremory Case - Character Section
2. Wings of Conqueror (Champion) - Gremory Case - Character Section -------- (this reward will be deprecated after Season16 Update)
3. Gold Member = Account
